Samsung Company announced new NC20 Netbook for next February in Italia market. In fact, it seems to be the successor NC10, and that will have 12.1 inch LCD monitor screen, with processor VIA Nano U225 CPU (1.3 GHz), 1 GB memory, 160 GB HDD, as well as Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi b/g, three in one Card Reader and 1.3 Megapixel camera. The price will be 450 €.

Gateway plans to launch its netbook-LT1001j which has weight of 1.06 kg in Japan in the market at the end of December 2008. LT1001j is supported with a 3-cell battery pack, the LT1001 offers around 3 hours of battery life. Suggested price is between 40,000 - 50,000 (JPY).

It seems that BenQ wants to join the Netbook market by releasing its latest Joybook Lite U101 Netbook. The Netbook offers a 10.1 inch display with LED backlighting and a 16:9 aspect ratio, which is good for watching movies.

BenQ will release 3000 U101 Netbook in Taiwan and 20,000 units in China this month. Unfortunately, its price is still unknown
